FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What if I’m out of state?
    We offer comprehensive E-design services for clients out of state, and our team is also available to travel for on-site consultations if needed.
  • Can you incorporate my existing furniture into the design?
    Yes! We love to include clients' personal pieces in the design!
  • Will you photograph my project?
    Yes! We love to take before and after pictures of the space to showcase the full transformation. These photos can be shared with you and may also be featured in our portfolio with your permission.
  • Are you available on the weekends?
    We are open on Saturdays from 10 AM to 5 PM. Depending on the project, we can also accommodate special requests if needed.
  • Will I be notified throughout the process?
    Yes! Clients receive a detailed email update every Friday, keeping them informed about the project's progress and any important developments.
